About The Author
 Leon
Hardnett graduated from West High School in Jackson,
Louisiana, and Southern University in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana. He earned a B.S. degree in Electronics
Technology. In January of 1979, he married Anna Williams
Hardnett and was blessed with three sons: Theron, Aaron,
and Joel.
 Leon’s
first two books of poetry, Treasures from the Source and
God’s Little Children were published in 2001 and 2006
respectively, and his most recent publication of “Are
you getting prepared for you Exit Exam” was published in
2008. He formed JATAL Publishing Company when he
published Treasures from the source. The name was later
changed to JATAL Enterprises, Inc. when the list of
products expanded to include framed and laminated sheet
poetry and various other items. JATAL Enterprises was
established as a family oriented project. JATAL was
formed by combining the first letter from the name of
each family member.
