Shipping Policy

We do not promise what we cannot do!

Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You may request Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping for faster delivery of your merchandise.

Taxes:
Applicable taxes apply according to your state, parish or jurisdiction.
 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly replace material that is defective or damaged during shipment within 10 days of the original date of the invoice.

If you wish to return a defective or damaged item, please e-mail or call us before sending the item back. You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you can return an item. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number along with a brief description of the reason for your return.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:

• It is 15 days passed the original date of the invoice.
• There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.

Some returns are subject to Store Credit only.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds and charge backs.
